I may seem like a simpleton to some (and I don’t care 😊), but, as with the watermelon, I am truly amazed by the will to live – the powerful life force that this tiny clover seed must have had.
The bricks
you see belong to my fireplace in the backyard.
The spot where the seed landing was 61” from the ground with 8 feet of
concrete between the brick and the grass.
I find this absolutely amazing.
It was able to seed and flower under the most dire impossible
circumstances.
Its life was short, but meaningful. At least to me, because this is the stuff faith is made of! If this little seed can survive under these conditions, just think of what I can do!
Here’s yet another example of the amazing power of the will to grow. I purchased this tomato at the grocery store a few months back and set it on top of the microwave, under a cabinet. I’m not a tomato fan, unless it’s in spaghetti sauce or ketchup, so it’s hard to tell how long it sat there. Suffice to say, I have never seen anything like this before! When I first noticed it, there were 3 random little sprouts, so imagine my surprise as it continued to root. No, I did not plant it because it wasn’t a convenient time of year. I regret that decision now because it would have been a fun experiment!
Life is a big deal! Live it and be happy!
